Donation Refund Policy

At Social Network for Education Research and Humane Action (SNEHA), we deeply appreciate your generous contributions in supporting our mission. As a nonprofit organization, we ensure that all donations are used to implement our various social welfare projects effectively. However, we understand that errors may occur during the donation process. Please read our Donation Refund Policy carefully.

General Policy

• Donations made to SNEHA are non-refundable as they are immediately put to use for our ongoing projects and initiatives.
• We encourage donors to carefully review all details before making a contribution.

Refund Eligibility

A refund request may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Transactions: If a donor has accidentally made a duplicate donation due to a technical error.
• Incorrect Amount: If an incorrect donation amount was processed due to an error.
• Fraudulent Transactions: If a donation was made using fraudulent means or without the donor’s authorization.

All refund requests will be subject to verification and approval by SNEHA.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, donors must:

• Send an email to snehango98@gmail.com or snehasuraksha@gmail.com with the subject “Donation Refund Request”.
• Provide the following details in the email:
  • Full Name
  • Donation Date
  • Transaction ID / Payment Receipt
  • Donation Amount
  • Reason for the refund request

We will review the request and respond within 7-10 business days.

Refund Method

• Approved refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment.
• It may take 7-15 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in the donor’s account, depending on banking procedures.

Cancellations

• Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be canceled unless it falls under the refund eligibility criteria.

Changes to Policy

SNEHA reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Changes will be published on our website.
